Purchase a set of plans for $7.95. You supply your own materials and build it yourself. Materials (if you don't already have buckets w/lids), will cost you around $20.00 at the local home improvement outlet.
Have a set of bins made here in Sarasota and you pick up - $45.00 *
Have a set of bins made and delivered with initial set up- $60.00 *
